Evernote Logo Evernote - an extremely useful app for collecting information and keeping it organized. You can clip webpages, link files, add photos and with Skitch (an Evernote ad-on) you can annotate anything you bring in including photos. Linked with Penultimate you can also add items with handwriting or anything you can draw by hand. Available as a desktop version also. The largest benefit to Evernote is the ability to tag documents and the fact that you can perform a keyword search to find exactly the document you are looking for.
